That was the most points Embiid has scored in the six games he has played since sitting out 10 games with a knee injury. He also notched his 18thj game of 30 or more points this season. In his last five games, Embiid is averaging 30.2 points and 9.0 rebounds.
The 76ers, though, beat a Nets team that was missing four key players. James Harden, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin and LaMarcus Aldridge all sat out because of injury or for rest.
Tobias Harris added 26 points for the 76ers. Ben Simmons finished with 17 points, nine assists and three steals. Reserve Shake Milton scored 15 points on 6-of-8 shooting, including making 3-of-4 from three-point range.

A big difference was the three-point line as the 76ers made 46.4% (13-of-28) of their shots from distance. The Nets were just 4-of-19 for 19%.
The 76ers were outrebounded 43-32 but compensated by forcing 15 turnovers.
Jackson Plays Hero Role
Reggie Jackson was the hero for the Clippers on Wednesday, as his jumper with 2.3 seconds left gave them the win. That also gave him a season-high 29 points, surpassing his previous best by one.

The Clippers won despite having Kawhi Leonard (sore right foot), Paul George (rest), Serge Ibaka (lower back tightness), Patrick Beverley (broken left hand) and Marcus Morris (rest) on the bench.

The Clippers won despite struggling on offense without stars Leonard and George. They had just 10 assists, the lowest total by an NBA team all season, while shooting 39.8% (37-of-93) from the field and 24.1% (7-of-29) from three-point range.
However, the Clippers limited the Pistons to 29.2% (7-of-24) from beyond the arc and forced 16 turnovers.
Clippers Look for Sweep
The Clippers beat the 76ers 122-112 on March 27 at home as 5.5-point favorites. It was Doc Rivers’ first game coaching against the Clippers after spending the previous seven seasons in that job with Los Angeles.
Leonard led the Clippers with 28 points. George filled the stat sheet with 24 points, nine rebounds, nine assists and three steals. Terance Mann was 10-of-12 shooting off the bench for 23 points.
With Embiid sitting out with his bad knee, Harris topped the 76ers with 29 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Embiid is back now and the 76ers are awfully tough to beat to home. Look for them to avenge that loss from last month.
The Pick: 76ers -2 (-110)
