Evolution Unveils Latest Addition to Game Shows Collection

Live Casino provider Evolution Gaming this week premiered the newest addition to its game shows library, Crazy Time.

The game was showcased at this year’s ICE London conference and exhibition event as the headliner in a packed 2020 roadmap. Crazy Time features multiple layers, bonuses, and multipliers for the ultimate game show-like live casino experience.

The game is based on Evolution’s hit Dream Catcher money wheel concept but is loaded with action with four bonus games – more than the provider has ever incorporated in a single game.

The highlight feature of Crazy Time is a spinning money wheel that features four bonus bet spots, with those being Cash Hunt, Coin Flip, Pachinko, and Crazy Time. Each of these spots takes players off into the respective four bonus rounds.

Most Expensive Game

Evolution revealed that Crazy Time is the most expensive game the Swedish Live Casino specialist has ever produced and that it has taken more than a year to craft. The company further noted that the pre-launch test period of the product has seen high interest from players and that it hopes that success will replicate as the title is now being brought to the general gambling audience.

Evolution said this week that its newly launched product involves unique gameplay that aims to keep players entertained and engaged with a “crazily varied” mix of action, entertainment, betting opportunities, and potential multiplier wins.

Crazy Time is also built around different innovative technologies that include Random Number Generator multipliers, augmented reality, and slots- and video gaming-style features. The game looks to capture its gambling audience in the same way TV game shows do with the additional excitement for players to be able to actually participate in the action.

Variety at the Core

Commenting on their newest product, Evolution Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter said that their goal was to “make a game that is so entertaining that people would enjoy just watching it as they would a game show on television.”

The official went on to explain that to achieve that type of experience they needed “lots of variety” and to make players the game show’s contestants. The variety, in Mr. Haushalter’s words, came “in the form of copious bonus rounds that take players into four different side games, each distinctively different from the other three.

Evolution designed Crazy Time to appeal to and entertain slots players. The provider packed each game round with an abundance of action and made it longer than a typical slot round.

Mr. Haushalter said that he is extremely proud of what Evolution has achieved with Crazy Time and that he believes this is some of the company’s best work and “the most fun casino game ever made.” He also noted that the launch of Crazy Time marks a paradigm shift for Evolution as it is a game that would “appeal to audiences far and wide, from slots players to sports bettors and everyone in between.”
