Liverpool vs Everton Prediction
As Man City zooms off into the EPL sunset, Liverpool’s chance of retaining their title has disappeared, and after a fine midweek win over RB Leipzig in Budapest in the UEFA Champions League, their focus will be realigned to winning their second European trophy in three seasons. But local pride counts for a lot on Merseyside and after drawing away to Everton early on in the season, they will be desperate to reclaim the bragging rights.
What a performance. What a win. 🤩

Reds’ manager Jurgen Klopp looks likely to have the same squad to pick from that did so well in Budapest but will still be without Fabinho, Diego Jota, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip, and Virgil Van Dijk. Again the onus will fall on their front three of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, and Roberto Firmino to deliver the goods. Carlo Ancelotti will hope to have top scorer Dominic Calvert-Lewin and midfielder Allan available again and will hope for an improvement after the midweek humbling by Man City.
🤞 | “We preferred to give Allan one day training instead of staying on the bench. We hope he will be available for Saturday – to start.
“Also, Calvert-Lewin, I think, can start.”
However, @MrAncelotti has ruled Yerry Mina out of Saturday’s Merseyside derby. #LIVEVE

The Toffees, who are seventh, have had a good season but tend to find the going tough when locking horns with the EPL’s big teams. They do though have big performances in their locker, and the +575 on offer for the away win looks particularly generous given Everton’s solid season and should not be ignored. The value though, for me, is with the draw at +350.
Pick: Liverpool and to draw (+350)

West Ham United vs Tottenham Prediction
With the Hammers riding high in fifth in the EPL, there is a renewed belief in the East End that this is the start of a new dawn for the club. Under the stewardship of the experienced David Moyse, West Ham are no longer relegation fighters and instead have given themselves a realistic chance of a top-five finish and a European place next season. A perfect example of their progress was their routine 3-0 over struggling Sheffield United last weekend; a fixture that in their recent history would have been tricky.

For Moyse, Ukraine international Andriy Yarmolenko is rated as doubtful but other than him he has a fit squad to pick from, while Jose Mourinho will be without Giovani Lo Celso, Sergio Reguilon, and Serge Aurier for the trip to the London Stadium. Tottenham will start the day six points behind the Hammers but having played a game less will know a win will give them a chance of eventually closing that gap.

That West Ham starts this game as a favorite speaks volumes of their progress this season but their defense will be tested by Harry Kane and Son Heung-min. Spurs though have a Europa League tie in Austria against Wolfsberger to contend with before their thoughts can turn to the London derby, and this could be decisive. For me, the extra freshness and energy in the West Ham legs will deliver them a home win.
Pick: West Ham to win (+160)
Aston Villa vs Leicester City Prediction
Eighth meets third at Villa Park in Premier League Matchday 25, with the visitors looking to keep the pressure on second-placed Manchester United, who they trail only on goal difference. For Brendan Rogers’ Leicester City, the season has been an outstanding one and the Foxes have given themselves a bonafide shot at playing Champions League soccer next season.

Villa too, under the management of Dean Smith, has also had a fine campaign and have spent most of the season in the top half of the table; a far cry from the relegation battle of last season that was only won on the final day of the season. And what may benefit Villa here is the fact Leicester travel to Prague on Thursday for a UEFA tie against Slavia.

While Leicester is still the favorite, they remain in plus money and for that reason, along with their record of just one defeat in their last ten, the away win here is the value bet. The trip to Prague may have an impact but Leicester’s extra quality and squad depth should still be enough to see them through to a win.
Pick: Leicester to win (+138)
