Betfair Ambassador Olly Murphy has two runners across the weekend, including in the Grade 3 Silver Trophy Handicap Hurdle at Chepstow on Saturday. Here are his thoughts…
“He will be suited by a strong gallop and will have an each-way chance if the race turns out that way.”
Saturday – Chepstow
He will be suited by strong gallop
15:57 – Notre Pari
Notre Pari is in good form ahead of his first run of the season, having won on his last start at Fontwell in February.
I’m looking forward to running him in a big fielded handicap. He is the type to come on for his first run, so whatever he does he will improve on.
He will be suited by a strong gallop and will have an each-way chance if the race turns out that way.
Sunday – Newton Abbot
A horse I’ve always liked makes his debut
17:20 – Ewood Park
Ewood Park is a horse I’ve always liked, he’s done plenty of work at home and has pleased me since his return from his summer break.
He will improve for the run and experience, and looks a lovely type to go jumping hurdles with after this.
He’s shown good signs at home,I so I’d like to think he’s got an each-way chance.
